TicketBust.com Helps Driver Tracked by Airplane Dismiss Ticket for Speeding

TicketBust.com Helps Driver Tracked by Airplane Dismiss Ticket for Speeding – blog submitted by ticketbust.com, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.

Terry came to TicketBust.com in October of 2012 with a speeding ticket. Terry was stopped by CHP on the I-10 out in Riverside County, and Police had told Terry he was tracked by plane driving at 92 mph, but Terry didn’t agree.

Terry signed up with TicketBust.com and completed an over the phone consultation with a TicketBust.com consultant. Terry informed TicketBust.com that he had been traveling with traffic all around him and felt the officer had mistakenly targeted him. Based on Terry’s account of the traffic, road conditions, and affirmation that he always made frequent checks of his speedometer and had felt his speed was different than what the officer said it was, we felt there was a good chance the officer in the airplane that supposedly spotted Terry’s car speeding, had mistaken Terry’s car for someone else and mistakenly reported Terry’s car to be pulled over by the police officer on the ground.

Based on the information written by the officer on Terry’s ticket, there was only the aircraft used to gather evidence in support of the violation. The ground officer did not use any method to independently verify his speed. TicketBust.com consultants used all the facts, and other information gathered about errors that can occur when police use aircraft to track a suspect’s speed, and put together a statement for Terry which created plenty of reasonable doubt as to Terry’s guilt.

The court ended up dismissing Terry’s ticket and refunding his bail amount of $239.00, leaving Terry with no points, no fine, and no worries.  With renewed confidence,   Terry has become a repeat customer of TicketBust.com!  –  blog submitted by ticketbust.com, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.
